Mr. Hoffmann is a Partner in our Banking and Commercial Lending Practice Groups. He represents financial institutions and businesses in the areas of commercial lending, complex real estate transactions and asset-based financings.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Hoffmann has represented various lenders and borrowers in a wide array of commercial matters, including revolving credit and term loan facilities, letter of credit transactions, mortgage loans (both permanent and construction financings), leasehold mortgages, and interest rate swap transactions. He has significant experience documenting credit facilities to middle market borrowers in the contractor, health care, not-for-profit and restaurant industries.
He serves on the Board of Directors for the Long Island Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation and served on the Board of Directors for 1 in 9: The Long Island Breast Cancer Action Coalition.
He is currently serving on the 2024 Go Red for Women Executive Leadership Team. In 2024 the American Heart Association will be celebrating the 100th centennial anniversary and the 20th anniversary of Go Red for Women Campaign.
